Shipping times begin after your order has been made and shipped.

Delayed delivery due to USPS or other carriers

Packages marked “Delivered” that cannot be located

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof of damage for review.
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins immediately.
