Nebula Artistry creates handmade, made-to-order products. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our items, each product may have slight variations in color, texture, and appearance. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

By using this website or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these conditions.

2. Order Processing & Production

All items are made when your order is placed.
Processing times vary depending on order volume but typically range from 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Nebula Artistry reserves the right to modify processing times during holidays or periods of high demand.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices shown on our website are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to update prices, run promotions, or discontinue items at any time.

Payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, and any additional payment options offered through Shopify.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times begin after your order has been made and shipped.

Once an order is shipped, Nebula Artistry is not responsible for:

  • Delayed delivery due to USPS or other carriers

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Packages marked “Delivered” that cannot be located

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct address is provided.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because all items are handmade and made-to-order, Nebula Artistry maintains a strict all-sales-final policy.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refunds for buyer’s remorse

  • Refunds for scent preference, color preference, or custom order details

Refunds Are Only Provided If:

✔ Your item arrives damaged
✔ Your package is lost in transit (as confirmed by the carrier)

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof of damage for review.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins immediately.

6. Product Use

Nebula Artistry products are intended for recreational and crafting purposes only.
By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for proper use and storage.

Keep items away from:

  • Small children

  • Pets

  • Extreme heat

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photos, descriptions, logos, and branding on this website belong to Nebula Artistry.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
