✨ Made-to-Order & Handmade Items

All items in our shop are handmade and created when orders are placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Scent or color preference

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Custom or personalized products

This policy ensures the quality, hygiene, and freshness of every product we create.


📦 Refunds for Lost or Damaged Packages

While all sales are final, we do offer refunds in the following rare situations:

✔ Lost in Transit

If your package is marked as "lost" by the carrier, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

✔ Arrived Damaged

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review and provide a refund or replacement.


❌ Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows "Delivered," we cannot refund or replace the order.
Please check with:

  • Neighbors

  • Household members

  • Your local post office

Often packages are delivered to the wrong unit or held at the post office.


🕒 Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately. We cannot cancel or modify orders after they are submitted.
