White Base: The white base shown on the left (lighter blue) is made with the white putty in my shop and when the sparkle is added it is lighter
Blue Base: The blue base shown on the right (darker blue) is made with the blue putty in my shop and when the sparkle is added it is lighter
*** The putty is only coated with sparkles on the surface level, so when it gets used there are no sparkles inside of the putty or on the bottom, but the surface will have it’s nice beautiful shine! 💎 ***
